I initially contacted James regarding an EGR issue that I had with my automatic Audi A5 TDI.
James was happy to work around my availability to meet with him to get the cars diagnostics all checked over and the EGR issue sorted.
Whilst on site with James getting the EGR issue sorted, we spoke about my vehicle, remaps and what would be involved with different stages of remapping of my Audi.
I found James to be very knowledgeable and generous with his provision of information and suggestions for vehicle improvements.
During the visit we discussed the possibility of getting a stage 1 remap done on my Audi whilst I was there getting the EGR issue done. James very efficiently sorted both tasks effortlessly and we took the vehicle for a good test tun after all the work had been done to check on how well the alterations had worked.
I was very impressed with the improvement in performance that the stage 1 remap had achieved and was reassured by James' offer of support if for some reason any problems might arise in the future.
I had the remap and EGR issue attended to about a month ago know, the EGR issue is still most definitely fixed and the remap is still working well, overall response has improved both from take off and when already rolling, there definitely feels as though there's a lot more torque than there was before.

Really impressed with the quality of work from NXT. Knowledgeable and professional and extremely good at what they do. They fitted me in amongst all their other work and solved years of DPF issues with my L200.

If you are thinking of booking the NXT guys, stop thinking and just do it. You will not be disappointed.
They set the benchmark for customer service and happily answered any questions and showed me the processes etc. Would definitely use them again and confidently recommend to anyone.
